Missing Month

When I was a child, my grandmother would tell me of another world. She'd speak in whispers—while candles flicker in the night—about a world of magic so different from ours, a world that steals away time.

"Have you ever noticed when the morning turns into the afternoon in the blink of an eye? Or when summer vacation ends when you're so sure it has just began?"

I nod and she would smile.

"That's when you go to this world of magic, and come back home without any memory of it. Then you leave once more for that world, remembering and starting it all over again."

"All of that time adds up," she would say, "to become the missing month."

Missing Month is a game of remembering and saying goodbye. It is a game to build characters and worlds using a only journal and a deck of cards.

Though the game is currently in early access, it is completely playable with accessible options of pdf and epub files!
