Just One Dragon

Just One Dragon is a free, solo toolkit for Dragonbane RPG that includes a set of random tables and additional procedures for helping you explore Beyond the Breach, or outside the bounds of the Misty Vale. It does not replace Alone in Deepfall Breach, but rather acts as a supplemental resource.

Additionally, it can be used as a GM toolkit to help run impromptu one-shots, games in other settings, or for inspiration outside of the published adventures.

It includes:

• d12 Inspiration Table for failed rolls
• A Random Event generator and a Change The Scene chaos checker to help inject random chaos and keep you on your toes
• Quest Design tables for dungeon delving and wider world adventures
• Investigation quest design table and tools for more cerebral adventures
• Weather tables
• Setting Neutral failed navigation table
• A quick hexcrawl region generator with tables to add on Points of Interest for exploration or adventure, along with a blank map to fill in your adventure region
• Location Generator to help find out where events happen
• Location and Biome specific Encounter Tables to help define what you run into based on where you are
• Adventure Site Design tables complete with associated Dungeon Dressing tables to help keep the theming of the dungeon consistent
• Point-Crawl Dungeon Delving ruleset that allows you to map the dungeon as you explore. Comes complete with tables for room contents, traps, and a dungeon specific Events table!
• Table that includes: 2 sets of d66 Nordic sounding names, goals, nature, and careers for working up new NPC's
• A regional Faction template for helping you work up the major powerhouses in your unique setting
• Settlement generation tables that include conditions, appearances (APP), focus, etc.
• A d66 Rumor table to help uncover other things that are happening in the region
• A table with Dragonbane geared Hirelings outside of the Bodyguard mentioned in the Core rules. These hirelings are defaulted to Torchbearer, Expert, and Mercenary. You can hire them based on your needs
• 2 page settlement generator to build up a random settlement as either a base of operations like Outskirt, or as a place you find on your travels
• An expanded version of the Action+Attribute+Thing table from Deepfall Breach
• A d66 Adventure Site Name generator in case you want to spice up the sites with some more evocative imagery
