I Gamified My Maladaptive Behaviors and You Can Too!

About This Game
This is a play to lose (my therapist would say win) journaling solo game about how long you can avoid thinking about something you probably need to address. Is this a cheeky dig at myself? Yes, of course it is. But it's also representative of the fact that you can't avoid something forever. In this game, the ending is the same for everyone - they will have to address the topic/memory/feeling they're avoiding - every roll has the potential to bring them closer to what they're avoiding using a dice shrinking mechanic.
There's no dice-growing mechanic. This is a game about eventually having to confront what you're avoiding.
Because this is a play-to-lose (win?) rpg and about avoiding thinking/addressing big topics, lease use safety tools while playing this game! It can have themes of... well, anything in your life or in your brain. One of my favorite safety tools to use while in solo play is Lines and Veils, as well as Script Change. This game was made for the 48 word RPG Jam.
