Story

You are an interdimensional traveller who seeks Archmage Meridian of the Temporal Sea. You carry a deep fear, a grave problem, or an arcane dilemma that only they can help you with. When you arrive at the sanctum, a version of you is already there. In order to proceed with your quest, you must face yourself.

By abstracting aspects of your doppelganger’s appearance, emotions, and memories into drawings, you bring it to life.

broken sancrum was created for Broken Sky, a live-action alternate reality roleplaying game taking place on Bluesky Social during July 2025. It can be played either by drawing in accordance with the prompts, or read as a lyric game.
